The provisions of the Accounting Act, as valid at the time, on corporations belonging in the third group with a legal obligation to keep books apply to political parties. Within one month from the approval of the financial statement, the political party must send its closing balance to the Ministry of Justice. Two persons authorised to sign for the party must sign below the balance.
