1. The funding of political parties will take place in accordance with that provided for in Organic Law 3/1987 of 2 July, as regards the Funding of Political Parties.
2. In accordance with the above-mentioned Law and that established in Organic Law 2/1982 of 12 May, on the Court of Auditors, and in Law 7/1988 of 5 April, on the Operation of the Court of Auditors, political parties assume the formal and personal obligations related to the accreditation of aims and the fulfilment of prior requirements established in the above-mentioned laws with regard to the control of public funds received.
