22 Cases concerning registration of a political party in the register shall be governed by the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure concerning non-litigious procedure, having regard to the provisions of this Act, providing that an appeal of last resort may only be made against decisions of the second-instance court regarding registration in or striking from the register. |
