The economic resources of political parties shall comprise
1. Funds derived from public financing: a) Public grants to support election expenses, under the terms established in Organic Law 5/1985 of the Régimen Electoral General (General Electoral Regime). b) State grants provided to the parliamentary groups of the Cortes Generales (National Parliament), under the terms stipulated in the Reglamentos del Congreso de los Diputados y del Senado (Regulations of the Congress of Deputies and the Senate), and grants provided to the parliamentary groups of the Asambleas Autonómicas (Autonomous Regional Assemblies), as established separately under specific legislation. c) Annual state grants as regulated by the present Law. 2. Funds obtained from private financing: a) Membership fees and contributions collected from party members. b) The products of the activities pursued by political parties and the income derived their own assets. c) Revenues from other contributions under the terms and conditions laid down in the present Law. d) Credits which they agree. e) Such legacies and bequests as they receive, and, in general, any benefits in cash or kind which they obtain.
