One. Political parties may receive contributions for general use, within the limits and in accordance with the requirements and conditions set forth in the present Law.
Two. Contributions from legal persons require agreement adopted in proper form by the competent corporate body for the purpose.
Three. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, the parties may not accept or receive, directly or indirectly:
a) Anonymous contributions, when the total amount received in a single financial year exceeds 5 percent of the amount allocated in the Presupuestos Generales del Estado (State Budget) for that year to fund the public grant issued to the political parties referred to in the previous article.
b) Contributions from a single natural or legal person exceeding the amount of 10,000,000 pesetas within a one-year period.
c) Contributions from publicly owned undertakings or undertakings which, by force of prevailing contracts, provide services or goods to or perform any work for any part of the Administración Pública (Public Administration).
