(1)An unincorporated association commits an offence if it- (a)is required by paragraph 1 to give a notification to the Commission, or (b)is required by paragraph 2 to make a report to the Commission, and fails without reasonable excuse to do so within the permitted period. (2)An unincorporated association commits an offence if, without reasonable excuse, it- (a)gives a notification to the Commission under paragraph 1, or (b)makes a report to the Commission under paragraph 2, which fails to comply with any requirement of this Schedule applying to the notification or report. (3)An individual who knowingly or recklessly makes a false declaration under paragraph 4 commits an offence. (4)For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1) the "permitted period" is- (a)in relation to a notification under paragraph 1, the period of 30 days mentioned in paragraph 1(1); (b)in relation to a notice under sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 2, the period of 60 days mentioned in that sub-paragraph; (c)in relation to a notice under sub-paragraph (3) of paragraph 2, the period of 30 days mentioned in that sub-paragraph; (d)in relation to a notice under sub-paragraph (4) of paragraph 2, the period of 30 days mentioned in that sub-paragraph.
