38b In the event that the State Electoral Commission rejects the report, a political party shall have the right to lodge, within 7 days of the date of delivery of the decision rejecting the report, a complaint with the Supreme Court against the State Electoral Commission's decision rejecting the report. The provisions of Article 34b (2) to (4) shall apply accordingly. |
