(1) The parties must apply to the President of the German Bundestag in writing by 30 September of the year of entitlement for the fixing and disbursement of the state funds for the year of entitlement as defined by the Law. Applications must be submitted by an executive committee member who under the party statutes is responsible for financial affairs and must contain the address to which mail is to be delivered and bank account particulars. The party must notify the President of the German
Bundestag of any changes concerning the fixing procedure immediately. If no such notification is given, the party shall be liable.
(2) Applications for installments must be submitted in writing to the President of the German Bundestag by the 15th of the month preceding the next installment.
