(1) Upon request of the Commission (§ 9 para 1) or a committee (§ 9 para 8) political parties pursuant to § 6 shall give information on the expenses or allow inspection in the calculation elements of election campaign advertising items, as long as such items have been made accessible to the public within the term pursuant to § 6 or as long as they are covered by § 7 para 2.
(2) If for publications pursuant to § 10 information pursuant to para 1 is not available or not available in due time or is incomplete, the respective election campaign expenses shall be ascertained by way of an estimate.
