45 The Constitutional Court decides on the challenges which have as subject the constitutionality of a political party, according to Art. 30, par. (7), Art. 37, par. (2) and (4), and Art. 144 letter i), of the Constitution, with the procedure set forth in the republished Law no. 47/1992 on the organization and operation of the Constitutional Court. |
