(1) The general assembly of members and the executive body sl1all be compulsorily leading authorities of the political party and of its territorial organizations. The leaderships of the territorial organizations shall be elected for a period determined and provided by the statutes.
(2) The statutes may provide other bodies, too, which shall contribute to the formation of the political will. In this case, tl1eir powers and duties shall have to be explicitly formulated in the statutes.
