(1) The Tribunal of the Municipality of Bucharest shall examine the registration application of the political party in a public sitting, with participation of the representative of the Public Ministry.
(2) Interested natural or legal persons may intervene in the action at law if they hand in an application of intervention in their own interest according to the Code of civil procedure.
The application of intervention shall be communicated ex officio to the people having signed the registration application.
