21

(1) The political parties whose registration applications were admitted shall be inscribed in the Register of political parties with the Tribunal of the Municipality of Bucharest.
(2) The resolution of admission of the registration of the political party shall be published in the "Monitorul Oficial" (Official Gazzette of Romania).
