(1) The funds provided for subsidies under § 2 are included by the Federal Government in the Draft Bill on the Federal Budget.
(2) The subsidies are disbursed while preserving the effect of the provisions of § 2 (2), letter "c" each quarterly period, henceforth.
(3) If as a consequence of the elections for National Council a change occurs in the conditions for claiming the entitlements to subsidies under § 2, the results of such elections are taken into account for the first time during the first quarterly period after the elections for National Council.
(4) The applications for recognition of the entitlements to subsidies under § 2 (2) letter "a" and "b" are submitted to the Federal Chancellery at the latest till the end of the first quarterly period of each year and under the hypotheses of § 2 (2) letter "c" as well as of paragraph (3) - at the latest till the end of the third month after the relevant elections for National Council. In the year 1975 these applications as per § 2 (2) letter "a" and "b" are submitted at the latest till the end of the third month after the enactment of this Federal Law.
