(1) It may be accepted by the federal law for the expenses of the political parties within the pre-election campaign for the elections for a National Council in 1975 to be restricted, as the adherence to this restriction is to be controlled and the result of such control is to be disclosed publicly.
(2) The violation of a federal law enacted in accordance with paragraph (1) does not constitute grounds for challenging the election results as per Article 141 of the Federal Law on the Constitution.
