(1) Following a request by the commission (§ 9 (1)) of the consultative council (§ 9(8)) the political parties in accordance with § 6 must submit information about the expenses, accordingly allow the performance of a verification with the base for calculation of the funds for the pre-election campaign in the event that the funds for the pre-election campaign are presented at the attention of the public throughout the term under § 6 or fall within § 7 (2).
(2) If in respect of the publications under § 10 there are no data and information available as per paragraph 1, or such that have not been promptly or fully submitted, the relevant costs on the pre-election campaign shall be forecasted.
