At the latest three weeks after the election day the commission must publish in the Official Newsletter of Wiener Zeitung the amount of the expenses on the pre-election campaign of all political parties as per § 6, structured per group of funds for pre-election competition, as well as the amount by which the admissible total expenses on the pre-election campaign have possibly been exceeded (§ 14). The political parties as per § 6 may object to said publication within a two-week period. The commission must pronounce by way of definitive decision on such objection during the following two weeks. If the commission has accepted wholly or partially the objection, the changes entailed thereby in respect of the expenses on the pre-election campaign of the political parties as per § 6 are subject to immediate publication in the Official newsletter of Wiener Zeitung.
