Should the commission find that any political party as per § 6 has exceeded the total amount of expenses admitted for its pre-election campaign by more than 10 %, 50 % of the amount with which the admissible total amount of the expenses shall be deducted from the following subsidy (§ 2 and § 3) that is to be paid.
