The admissible total amount of the expenses on the pre-election campaign of the political parties as per § 6 is restricted, inasmuch eight days at the latest before the election day the relevant parties must declare before the commission the total amount of their expenses on the pre-election campaign during the period of restriction of the expenses on pre-election campaign (§ 6), as they should not exceed such declared total amount of the expenses on the pre-election campaign. This admissible total amount of the expenses on the pre-election campaign of the political parties as per § 6 is published by the the commission seven days at the latest prior to the election day in the Official Newsletter of Wiener Zeitung.
