(1) This federal law shall be enacted as of 1st July 1975 under the condition that for the year 1975 only one half of the subsidies in accordance with § 2 (1) letter "a" is to be paid.
(2) Pursuant to the provisions of the Law on the Federal Ministries of the year 1973, promulgated in the Federal Legislation Newsletter, issue 389/1973, the implementation of this federal law is assigned to the Federal Chancellor, the Federal Minister of Finance and the Federal Minister of the Interior, if not an obligation of the Federal Government.
