1. If on examining the documentation presented reasonable evidence is found of criminal unlawfulness by the party, the Ministry of the Interior will make it known to the Public Prosecutor's Office within a period of fifteen days sending it the opportune documentation.
2. Within a period of twenty days, after examining the documentation received, the Public Prosecutor's Office will agree to return the documentation to the Register if it finds no evidence of criminal unlawfulness. Otherwise, it will request the competent judicial authority to declare the party illegal.
3. The exercise of action by the Public Prosecutor's Office will suspend the course of the period established in the first point of the previous article, as well as the obligation of the Ministry of the Interior to register the party, whilst pending the judicial decision.
