1. The organisation and operation of political parties must adhere to democratic principles.
2. The highest governing body will be the general assembly constituted by all the party members, who may act in person or through representatives.
All the party members will be entitled to be voters and electable for the posts in the party, as well as to information on the activities and financial situation of the party. The management bodies will be filled by means of a free and secret vote. The statutes of political parties will regulate the previously-mentioned aspects.
