The State Administration will finance the activities of political parties in accordance with the following rules:
a) Each political party will receive a fixed amount every year for each seat obtained in each of the two Houses, and similarly, a fixed amount for each of the votes obtained by each candidate to each of the two Houses.
b) The global amount intended for this purpose will be allocated in the National Budgets, specifying the criteria for distributing the amount subject to that established in the previous point.
c) The distribution system of the amounts mentioned in point a) will be established according to regulations when the parties stood in the election as part of federations or coalitions.
