The Ministry shall adopt the decision on the renewal of the entry in the Registry within 30 days from the submission of a proper application for the renewal of the entry in the Registry, namely from the date of the initiation of the proceedings for
establishment of facts and data in the capacity of the office as prescribed in Article 30 paragraph 5 of this law.
The decision mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article is final and no administrative proceedings may be initiated against it.
