Any political party shall cease to exist and shall be deleted from the Registry if, within the term and under the conditions mentioned in Article 30, paragraphs 1 and 2 of this law, it does not submit the application for the renewal of registration in the Registry, except in cases when the Ministry establishes the facts and the data specified in Article 30 paragraph 5 of this law.
The Ministry shall initiate the procedure mentioned in paragraph 1 of this Article for the deletion of a political party from the Registry in the capacity of the office.
