Preamble The variety of political parties shall ensure democracy of the political system of the Republic of Lithuania. Political parties shall unify the citizens of the Republic of Lithuania for the implementation of common political goals, assist in shaping and expressing the interests and political will of the citizens of the Republic of Lithuania. |
