(1) The activities of political parties shall be based on their statutes.
(2) The requirements for statutes provided for in the Non-profit Associations Act apply to the statute of a political party.
(2.1) A resolution on amendment of the statutes of a political party is adopted if over half of the members or their representatives who participate in the general meeting vote in favour of it and the statutes do not prescribe a greater representation requirement.
(3) The political activity of a political party shall be based on a platform. The procedures for its approval and amendment shall be provided for in statutes of the political party.
