7

(1) The activities of political parties shall be based on their statute adopted at the foundation meeting and registered in the prescribed manner.
(2) The requirements for statutes provided for in the Non-Profit Associations and their Alliances Act apply to the statute of a political party.
(3) The political activity of a political party shall be based on a platform. The procedures for its approval and amendment shall be provided for in the statutes of the political party.
