9

(1) Filing a complaint and review of delay in registration or refusal to register the decision on registration, amendment and supplementation of statutes of a political party and maintaining a registry of political parties shall be carried out pursuant to the procedure provided by the Non-Profit Associations and their Alliances Act.
(2) A political party shall not be registered under the name of a political party that has already been entered in or deleted from the register.
