(1) A political party represented in Riigikogu has the right to an allocation from the state budget. A political party shall receive an allocated sum for seats gained in Riigikogu elections proportionally for each year that is provided annually in the state budget or the supplementary budgets.
(2) The sum allocated to a political party shall be transferred to the bank account of the political party by the state authority that registered the statute of the political party.
