(1) The National Council’s competent committees elect two standing sub-committees of inquiry to review measures for the safeguard of constitutionally established agencies as well as their operative capacity and intelligence measures to secure the country’s military defense. Each subcommittee must include at least one member from each of the parties represented in the Main Committee of the National Council.
