3 In order to found a political party or a political organisation, the party or the organisation must have no less than four hundred members in Lithuania, a charter approved by its meeting or conference, a program, and an elected leadership. The program and charter of the party or organisation that is being founded may not contradict the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. |
