4 (1) A registered political party may apply to change its registered party name. The provisions in Section 3 apply correspondingly. Instead of the formation document, the minutes of the meeting at which it was decided to change the party name shall be attached. If the party received at least 500 votes in one county or at least 5,000 votes in the whole country at the last general election, the conditions in Section 3 (2) litra d) do not apply. |
