(1) In order to achieve the objectives specified in the statute, a party is entitled to perform open economic activities on its own behalf, which do not have the nature or purpose of profit making.
(2) The income of a party may be used for achieving the objective specified in the statute thereof. Income that is acquired as a result of the activities performed by a party shall not be divided among the members or founders of the party.
(3) A party shall refrain from actions that in an overt or covert manner are aimed against the openness of the financial activities of a party and the financing restrictions of parties specified in regulatory enactments.
