(1) Matters that are associated with the termination of the membership of a member in a party, shall be determined by the Associations and Foundations Law, if this Law does not prescribe a different procedure.
(2) A member has the right to request that a decision regarding the termination of the membership of the member in a party be reviewed at the meeting of members, unless different procedure is specified in the statute.
