Chapter Chapter Three Property of Political Parties

20

(1) Political parties may engage in business activities in relation to their objectives and purposes provided for by their Statute and for financial support.
(2) Any income from the business activities of political parties shall be eligible for tax relief as provided for by the Council of Ministers.
