Chapter Chapter Four Dissolution of Political Parties
Article

22

(1) A political party shall be dissolved when:
1. merging with or within another party;
2. splitting into two or more parties;
3. self-dissolving according to its Statute;
4. by ruling of the Supreme Court.
(2) The decision on the dissolution of a political party shall be entered in the register kept by the Sofia City Court and promulgated in the State Gazette.
