(1) When a party is dissolved under Article 22, Paras. 1-3, the respective body shall determine the procedure for disposal with its property.
(2) When a party is dissolved under Article 22, Para. 4, its property shall be seized in favor of the State. The State shall be held liable for the debts of the dissolved party up to the value of the property received.
