Title Article 13
Chapter Chapter Two. Establishment, Registration and Activity of Political Parties

13

(1) The constituent meeting of a political party shall adopt a charter of the political party with at least 500 founders.
(2) The constituent meeting shall elect the bodies of leadership and control of the political party, in conformity with the adopted charter.
