16 Within a term of one month from filing the application per art. 15, par. 2, the Sofia City Court, in an open session with summoning of the applicant and the participation of a prosecutor, shall consider the application under the procedure of the Civil Procedure Code and shall rule by a decision within a term of 14 days from the session. |
