Chapter Chapter Three. Property, Financing and Spending of Funds

Political parties shall not receive:
1. anonymous donations;
2. funds from legal persons and sole proprietors;
3. funds from religious institutions;
4. funds from foreign governments or from foreign state enterprises, foreign commercial companies or foreign non-profit organisations.
