The Constitutional Tribunal shall adjudicate regarding the following matters:
(4) the conformity to the Constitution of the purposes or activities of political parties;
Categories - Activity and behaviour (Rule of law)
- External oversight (Type of authority)
- Programme and identity (Rule of law)
