(1) The decision of the Sofia City Court per art. 40 shall be subject to appeal before the Supreme Court of Cassation under the procedure of the Civil Procedure Code within a term of 14 days from becoming aware of the court decision.
(2) The Supreme Court of Cassation shall issue within a term of 14 days a decision, which shall be final and not subject to revocation under art. 303 of the Civil Procedure Code.
(3) The decision to dissolve a political party shall be entered in the register of the Sofia City Court and within a term of 7 days from such entry it shall be promulgated in the State Gazette.
