Item 3 is created in art. 50, par. 3 of the Deputies Election Act (prom. SG No. 37/2001, No. 44/2001 - Decision No. 8 of the Constitutional Court of 2001, am. No. 45/2002):
‘3. a certificate from the National Audit Office for timely submission of financial reports for the past three years.'
