Chapter Transitional and Final Provisions of the law amending the Law on political parties of January 2009

Final (29)

(1) Within a month from the entry into force of the present law, the registered political parties declare their bank accounts under art. 28a.
(2) The National Audit Office determines the models under art. 37a, para. 2 of the reports of raised and spent funds in the election campaign within 3 months from the entry into force of the present law.
