Political parties are entered in the register.
On the date of entry in the register, a political party shall be granted a status of a legal person.
The register of political parties is maintained by the Ministry of Public Administration. The Minister of Public Administration shall prescribe forms and manner of maintaining the register of political parties.
The register of political parties is public.
Political parties not registered according to provisions of this Act may not act in the region of the Republic of Croatia.
