The word "Croatia" in any language and its derivatives as well as the parts of the flag and coat of arms of the Republic of Croatia, including their imitation, may be entered into the name or a symbol of a political party in the manner to emphasize the reputation and dignity of the Republic of Croatia.
The name or a symbol of a political party may not contain any official state characteristics and names of other states.
