The application for entry in register of political parties must be submitted within a 15 days' period from the date of holding the Constitutional General Meeting.
The Ministry of Public Administration shall pass a resolution of the application for entry in the register of political parties.
The resolution of entry in the register comprises the date of entry, number of register under which the entry was performed, name and registered seat of a political party.
