The Political Organizations Act shall cease to be applicable on the date of effectiveness of this Act ("Official Gazette" no. 19/90, 28/90, 59/90 and 2/91).
The Regulation of Forms and Manner of Maintaining of Register of Political Organizations ("Official Gazette" no. 27/90) shall be in effect prior to passing the regulation indicated in Article 7, paragraph 4 and Article 8, paragraph 3 of this Act.
