117

(1) Political parties shall participate in organs elected by direct universal suffrage, in accordance with their electoral representation.


(3) The political parties that are represented in the Assembly of the Republic but not in the Government have the right in particular to be informed regularly and directly by the Government on the progress of principal matters of public interest; the political parties represented in any other assemblies formed through direct elections but not in the corresponding executive organ enjoy the same right with respect to that organ.
